Central Pattana plc has (CPN) reported robust financial performance for the second quarter of 2026, delivering total revenue of THB 13.1 billion (up 8% YoY) and a net profit of THB 4.75 billion (up 10% YoY). The performance marks the fourth consecutive quarter of record-high revenue for its core business. In addition, the company declared a record-high dividend payout of THB 2.40 per share, supported by an improved net debt-to-equity ratio.
The company’s growth continues to be driven by its successful Retail-led Mixed-use strategy. During Q2, Central Pattana launched two key shopping destinations: Central Khonkaen Campus, targeting the vibrant student and business hub in the Northeast, and Central Northville, Thailand’s first outdoor-inspired indoor shopping center. The residential segment achieved a major milestone with PHYLL Khonkaen condominium selling out 100% within three days during presales, generating over THB 1.6 billion. Meanwhile, Central Park Offices reinforced Silom–Rama IV as a premier financial district by welcoming Deutsche Bank’s new Thailand headquarters. In hospitality, GO! Hotel branches in Khon Kaen Campus and Nakhon Sawan recorded strong occupancy due to their strategic locations adjacent to Central shopping centers.
Central Pattana also led key national drivers including the Grand Grand Sale 2026 and Thailand’s Pride Celebration 2026, while advancing its ESG commitments through Year 5 of the Better Futures Project with the UNDP. The company’s excellence was recognized internationally, securing two titles at the Retail Asia Awards 2026—’New Mall of the Year – Thailand’ for Central Park and ‘Eco-Friendly Mall of the Year – Thailand’ for Central Krabi—alongside placement on the Fortune 100 Best Companies to Work For™ Southeast Asia list.
As of Q2/2026, Central Pattana operates 45 shopping centers (including Esplanade and Mega Bangna) and 16 community malls, totaling 2.4 million sq.m. of net leasable area, alongside 11 office buildings, 13 hotels, and 52 residential projects.
